Design Notes

This RBS sequence is specifically designed to work in conjunction with the araE promoter (BBa_K4633006) as part of a larger genetic construct. It ensures efficient ribosome binding and translation initiation for the araE gene. This RBS sequence was tested in B. subtilis using composite part X.
